Dieses Jahr eine Cuvée aus 60% Chardonnay und 40% Weißburgunder. Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase elegant-verhalten, etwas Blütenhonig, reife Ananas und Wiesenkräuter, feine florale Nuancen. Am Gaumen saftig, komplex und ausgewogen, reife gelbe Fruchtanklänge, frischer zitroniger Säurebogen, mineralisch-salzig im Abgang, bleibt sehr gut haften.
