Description

Le Rouge ist im Jahrgang 2021 eine Cuvée aus Pinot Noir und Trousseau, der Poulsard der sonst auch teil der Cuvée ist, hat den schweren Frost des Jahres nicht überstanden. In der Nase mit dunkler Würze, hier wirkt der Trousseau dominant, etwas Schwarztee, ein Hauch Teer, Fenchel und Rosmarin, das war gerade mal die erste Nase, entwickelt sich toll mit Luft und zeigt große Komplexität. Am Gaumen zart, saftig und frisch, feiner Grip, deutlich heller und filigraner als die Nase vermuten lässt, scheint so als würde hier der Pinot dominieren, beerig, etwas Zwetschge und eine feine Würze, das Tannin ist feingliedrig und reif, tolle Stoffigkeit und eine geniale Balance für dieses schwierige Jahr.
