Description
La Rose de Manincor setzt sich aus 40% Merlot, 35% Lagrein und 25% Cabernet zusammen, die Trauben dazu stammen direkt vom Kalterersee. In der Nase fruchtbetont nach reifem Pfirsich, rote Birne dazu einen Hauch Rosenwasser und Anklänge von Minze. Eine eher dezente gut eingebundene Säure. Am Gaumen eine schmeichelnd samtige Textur, mit einem floralen Touch und etwas Zitronenmelisse. Es ist ein typischer Vertreter aus dem Hause Manincor reif, elegant und gleichzeitig finessenreich.
