Eine ausgewachsene Naturwein-Cuvée aus 50% Grauburgunder und 50% Elbling (eine sonst kaum bekannte Sorte von der Mosel), zart auf der Maische vergoren, naturtrüb und ohne Schwefel abgefüllt. Dezente Rosa-Zwiebelschalen Farbe (von der Pinot Grigio Schale), in der Nase Grapefruit, oxidierter Boskop-Apfel, Bernstein, auch etwas mürbes nasses Holz, zarte ätherische Anklänge. Am Gaumen eine hefig-herbe Textur, vornehme Gerbstoff-Struktur, gute Säure - guter Grip, wieder Grapefruit, hinterlässt eine saftige Spur auf der Zunge, sehr animierend. [GB 03/2022]
