eine Cuvée aus Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Müller-Thurgau und etwas Sauvignon Blanc, unfiltriert gefüllt. Intensive Naturwein Nase, Quittengelée, etwas Laugenbreze (hefig und salzig) und auch leicht ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen eine sehr frische säuregetragene Textur, dazu ein gewisser Hefeschmelz, Quitte- und Zitronentouch, auch im Abgang wieder zarte ätherische Nuancen. [GB 10/2019]
