Auch der Einstiegsriesling am Gut Hermannsberg bringt schon ein fantastisches mineralisches Grundgerüst mit, schon etwas mehr auf Trinkfluss getrimmt aber doch typisch Nahe. In der Nase mit rauchigem Beginn, dazu etwas Limettenzeste und ganz leicht nach Litschi, Zitronemelisse und etws Granny Smith, knackig und frisch, wirkt richtig Frühlingshaft. Am Gaumen mit einem intensiven und saftigen Beginn, eine leicht herbe Struktur und feine Mineralik ziehen gut nach hinten, wieder Zitrusanklänge und etwas weißer Pfirsich, Holunderblüte, ein durchaus anspruchsvoller Gutsriesling, der mit seinem tollen Zug und Leichtigkeit großen Spaß macht!
