Beim Cuvée Incognito verrät Philipp Kuhn nicht welche Rebsorten er verschneidet, macht aber nichts der Wein ist inzwischen trotzdem ein Klassiker des Hauses. Ausgebaut wird er im kleinen Holzfass, auch mit etwas neuem Holz, in der Nase dunkel und intensiv, mit deutlicher Röstaromatik, Schwarzkirsche, etwas Rumtopf, ein Hauch Schokolade, süße Brombeere und Tannennadeln. Am Gaumen saftig und erstaunlich frisch, dezentes und mürbes Tannin, wieder Schwarzkirsche, frische Zwetschge, hinten raus wieder mit Röstnoten, bleibt leichtfüßig und knackig. [CB Jg. 2015]
