Der Hauswein von Vino Gross auch Hisno genannt, ist ein (Naturwein-) Cuvée aus Furmint und Traminer. Kurz auf der Maische vergoren und unfiltirert abgefüllt. In der Nase Rosenwasser, Quittengelée, Orangenschale, zudem auch eine feine Würze, sehr vielschichtig. Am Gaumen eine leichte, aber dennoch drahtige Textur, die frische Säure passt perfekt zur zarten Phenolik, Aromen wie Weinbergspfirsich, Orangenschale und Wildkräuter prägen den Geschmack. Ein wirklich toller Einstieg in das Sortiment von Vino Gross! [ND 08/2020]
