Weißes Cuvée aus 50% Chardonnay und 50% Weißburgunder, kräftiges Gelb, in der Nase Buttertoast, Eierschwammerl, reife Ananas, phenolische Anklänge. Am Gaumen tiefgründige Textur, fülliig mit mächtiger Extraktstruktur, exotische Ankänge mit kandierter Ananas, feine Säure im Abgang, sehr schöner Trinkfluß, Kräuteranklänge im Nachhall. Toller Speisenbegleiter (Saltimbocca oder so)!
