Im 2015er Jahrgang besteht das Heideboden Cuvée aus 50% Zweigelt, 30% Blaufränkisch und 20% Merlot, spontanvergoren im offenen Bottich und anschließend in gebrauchten 500 Liter Fässer ausgebaut. In der Nase massiv dunkel: Hollerröster, Brombeergelee, schwarze Oliven, (nasses) Leder, Hefezopf, auch etwas Eukalyptus und Wacholderbeere, tintig und wild. Am Gaumen mit toller Saftigkeit und zarter Röstaromatik, mürbes und reifes Tannin, Schwarzkirsche und wieder Wacholderbeere, leichte Phenolik dazu eine warme Würze, dunkel und tiefgründig, bleibt super hängen!
