Die Hausmarke Rot gibt es seit 2006 am Weingut Moric, es ist der zugänglich und leichte Einstieg ins Sortiment von Roland Velich. Die Hausmarke Rot ist eine Cuvée aus 50% Zweigelt, 30% Blaufränkisch, und 20% Blauburgunder und wird in gebrauchten großen Holzfässern ausgebaut. Satte tieffruchtige Nase nach Zwetschgenkompott, Holunderbeeren, dazu eine zarte Würze, Rote Bete und Graphit. Auch am Gaumen steht die Fruchtigkeit im Vordergrund, das Tannin ist dezent im Hintergrund, die Säure ist animierend, macht einen sehr eleganten Abgang. [GB 02/2019]
