Description
der 2016er Grüner Veltliner Zion ist nach 5 Jahren Faßlagerung im Jahre 2021 gefüllt worden, ein doch typischer Warnung: Sehr feine ruhige Nase, ohne Primärfrucht, dafür ein Hauch von der Florhefe, zart rötliche Noten, Mandarinenzeste, Waldpilze, auch exotische Einflüsse und ein winziger Touch Weißkohl. Am Gaumen eine drahtige Textur mit einer für die Sorte sehr frischen Säure, leichte Salzigkeit, gedeckte Frucht, entwickelt einen enormen Zug mit toller Länge. Könnte sich mit franz. Chenin Blanc messen, ein großartiger Naturwein ganz ohne Kitsch, Hefetrub, "Maus" oder Flüchtiger! [GB 12/2021]
