Description

Der Name "Wachstum Bodenstein" ist -wie der Wein- eine Kreation von Toni Bodenstein, als er in den 90er Jahren auf 450m Seehöhe Riesling und später Grünen Veltliner in der Ried Achleiten auspflanzte. In der Nase typisch Wachau (grünlich-mineralisch): Kräuter mit Exotik, Kumquats, Litschi und Lemongrass. Am Gaumen eine straffe Textur mit frischer Säure, Apfelfrucht, seh rpikant würzig, ausgeprägte Mineralik, Grapefruit, ausgewogene Länge. Gutes Potential. [GB Jg. 2018]
