Knolls Vinothekfüllung stammt immer aus einer Ernte-Selektion der besten Trauben aus den besten Loibener Lagen Schütt und Loibenberg. Helles Gelb mit Silberreflexen, in der Nase reife exotische Anklänge, reife Melone, Maracuja, ein Hauch Marillenröster, rauchiger dunkler Stein, Blütenhonig, zarte tabakige Nuancen, komplex. Am Gaumen eine finessenreiche Struktur, würzig, dunkle Mineralität mit salzigen Nuancen, bleibt sehr lange haften, leicht pfeffriger Nachhall, mächtig und elegant (hier kein Widerspruch), groß.
