Wie die berühmtere Riede Lamm, eine kalkhaltige Lage am Fuße des Heiligenstein bzw. Gaisberges mit Löss und Gneis-Verwitterungsböden. Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase Melone, Apfel, Mirabelle, daneben helle Topfenfrucht und weißer Pfeffer, ganz leichte Hefe-Reduktion. Am Gaumen eine cremige Textur mit dezenter Säure, zart tabakig, baut sehr guten Druck auf, schöne Pfefferwürze im Abgang, lang. Hat alles was einen großen Weißwein auszeichnet! [GB Jg. 2016]
