Das Flaggschiff im Hause Zillinger, eine Lagenselektion, mit einem 15%igen Anteil aus einer Maischegärung. In der Nase kandierte Ananas, Zitronat, Wiesenblumen, Grüner Tee, frische Brotrinde. Am Gaumen eine dichte warme Exotik, rauchig, zart phenolische Struktur, viel Extrakt, extrem viel Druck, Tiefgang, viel Substanz auch im Abgang. [GB Jg. 2013]
