Auf den steilen Steinterrassen am Kollmütz bringen über 40 Jahre alten Reben Weine mit einer anspruchsvollen Mineralität und komplexen Fruchtaromen hervor. Anspruchsvolle Nase nach Melone, gelber Apfel, Pfeifentabak, mit einem Hauch gekochtem Kohlrabi. Am Gaumen eine eher karge Textur, viel Mineralik, Nuancen von Birne, frische Säure, Pfeffer und feine vegetale Würze im Nachgeschmack. [GB 11/2016]
