In der Amphore auf der Maische vergorener Grüner Veltliner, anschließend in gebrauchten Holzfässern und Amphoren ausgebaut. Helle Zwiebelfarbe mit Kupfereflex, naturtrüb, reduktive Nase nach Feuerstein, Mandarinenzeste, Marzipan, Dörrobst, ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen straffe Struktur, viel Würze, viel Tannin - ja dieser Weißwein hat richtig Gerbstoff, herbe Birnenschale, Walnuss, dazu eine feine Säure trocken-mineralischer Abgang. Für Naturweinfreaks - ein echter Orangewein! [GB Jg. 2018]
