Auch beim Grünen Veltliner Kamptal werden inzwischen immer mehr Chargen spontan vergoren, ausgebaut im Stahltank und in ein paar großen Holzfässern. In der Nase Zitronenmelisse und grüne Früchte, Williamsbirne, dazu auch Würze, Galiamelone und Sternfrucht. Am Gaumen erfrischend und saftig, feine Säure und dazu schon leicht kalkige Mineralik, gelbe Aprikose, wieder Melone, sehr stimmig, intensive Fruchtaromatik und feine Würze zum Abgang hin, ausgewogener Veltliner mit viel Druck für diese Preisklasse.
