Description

Horizont heißt die mittelgewichtige Linie am Weingut Zillinger, wie bei allen Weine ist die Handschrift des jungen Winzers zu erkennen: bei ihm darf der Most atmen, er bekommt etwas Luft und das macht u.a. den Gerbstoff weicher. In der Nase reife Steinobstnoten, Apfelschale vom Boskop, Marillenröster, eine Nuance Hasselnüsse und Bisquits. Am Gaumen finessenreiche Struktur, wirkt reifer als er ist, gelbe Fruchtnoten, lebhafte Säure, sehr stimmiger Gesamteindruck (wie ein guter Wein früher mal geschmeckt hat)! [GB 03/2016]
