Description
Die handgelesenen Trauben für diesen exzeptionellen Grünen Veltliner stammen von alten Reben in der kühlen, extrem kalkhaltigen Lage Lindauer in der Leithaberg Gemeinde Jois. Traditionell im Holzfass vergoren, 12 Monate Ausbau auf der Vollhefe. Ein astreiner Naturwein, intensiver Duft nach Hopfen und Malz, dazu herber Apfel, würzig, floral, vielschichtig. Am Gaumen eine magere Textur, kräutrig herb und leicht bitter, sehr erfrischend, wieder Apfelfrucht, dazu ein intensives Säurespiel, phenolischer Grip und zarte Hefe bim Finish. [GB Jg. 2020]
