Description
Die handgelesenen Trauben für diesen exzeptionellen Grünen Veltliner stammen von alten Veltlinerreben in der kühlen, extrem kalkhaltigen Lage Lindauer in der Leithaberg Gemeinde Jois. Traditionell im Holzfass vergoren, 12 Monate Ausbau auf der Vollhefe. Ein astreiner Naturwein (kein Mäuseln, kein Uhu), intensiver Duft nach Hopfen und Malz, dazu herber Apfel, würzig und floral. Am Gaumen eine sehr magere Textur, kräutrig herb und leicht bitter, wieder Apfelfrucht, dazu ein intensives Säurespiel. [GB 06/2020]
