Description
Ein moderner Grüner Veltliner aus der Lage Edelgraben in der Ortschaft Breitenbrunn, ein Teil Ganztraubenpressung -der Andere ein Tag aus der Maische, nach gemeinsamer spontaner Gärung für ein Jahr auf der Vollhefe im großen Holz ausgebaut. Helles Goldgelb, in der Nase eine intensive Phenolik, Topfenstrudel, Quitte, etwas rote Apfelschale und eine Spur Kräuter. Am Gaumen eine sehr stoffige Textur, durchaus sämig, Weißbrotkruste, sehr präzise Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, sogar leicht erdig, ausgewogene Struktur, bleibt -und bleibt - und bleibt. [GB 11/2019]
