der 2021er Grüne Veltliner Domäne Gobelsburg ist etwas reifer ausgefallen. In der Nase Marillenröster, Apfel, Mirabellen, ein Anflug von Kiwis, dazu rauchiger Stein und etwas Gartenkräuter. Am Gaumen eine sämige Textur begleitet von mineralischer Frische, leicht herbe Würze aber ohne echtem Pfefferl, sehr harmonisch mit guten Druck, die Säure bleibt lebendig bis zum Schluß, feine Apfelnoten im Nachhall.
