Intensives Grüngelb, in der Nase sehr viel Frucht, exotische Nuancen und reife Williams-Birne mit deutlichen Gewürznoten, auch an Waldboden erinnernd. Am Gaumen muskulös und sehr saftig, tabakig unterlegt, feine Kräuterwürze, Mineralik und Eleganz vom Kalkboden, äußerst superbe Tiefe und Konzentration.
