Ein Grüner Veltliner, kurz auf der Maische belassen, unfiltriert und daher naturtrüb abgefüllt. In der Nase Grapefruit, feiner Hefetouch, etwas Champagnerkraut, dazwischen ein Anflug von Zwiebelchutney und dann wieder Grapefruit. Am Gaumen eine mürb-herbe Textur mit erfrischender Säure, zarter Gerbstoff, leicht oxydierte Boskop-Apfel, Zitronenzeste, zupackend, sehr stimmig und wirklich süffig. Topp PLV, ein toller Naturwein in bunter Hippie/Patchwork-Aufmachung! [GB 06/2021]
