Sehr helles Strohgelb, in der Nase präzise und frisch, Klarapfel, Nuancen von Stachelbeeren, ein rauchiger Hauch vom Kalk. Am Gaumen sehr eleganter Eindruck, zugänglich, saftig, mit zartem Schmelz, Apfel mit Litschi, ein wenig weißer Pfeffer, nie schreiend - alles sehr harmonisch, angenehm animierende Säure mit einem Touch Limetten.
