Der Grauburgunder RS ist sozusagen die kleine Reserve als Brückenschlag zum Großen Gewächs. Er stammt überwiegend von Lössböden, ausgebaut im neutralen großen Holzfass. In der Nase deutliche grüne Noten, Granny-Smith, Stachelbeere und würzige Nuancen. Am Gaumen trotz des Holzausbaues knackig frisch, straffe Struktur, sehr fruchtig, kräutrige Mineralik, erfrischende Säure, wieder grüner Apfel im Nachhall. [GB 11/2016]
