Was für eine tolle (Sponti-) Nase! Intensiver Duft nach Honigmelone und grünen Haselnüssen samt Schale, das helle Fleisch von Zwetschgen, Heublumen und eine Nuance Feuerstein. Am Gaumen eine sehr fleischige weiche Textur, gelbgrünliche Fruchtnoten, cremig, minimale Hefe-Reduktion, dabei aber sehr frisch in der Säure, erstaunliche Struktur, vielschichtig und gute Länge.
