Der beste Grauburgunder aus dem Hause Salwey ist der Grauburgunder Henkenberg. Sehr dichte Nase, frische Birne, etwas Apfelschale, blättrig unterlegt mit etwas Würze. Am Gaumen frische lebendige Säure, sehr geradlinige Stilistik, feine Frucht nach gelben Äpfeln, auch wieder etwas Exotik, straffe Struktur, zum Abgang hin weich zerfliessend. Ein sehr stimmiger und intensiver Grauburgunder mit viel Druck und langem Abgang. [Jg. 2011]
