Der beste Grauburgunder aus dem Hause Salwey aus der Lage Henkenberg. Sehr dichte Nase, man spürt den hohen Extrakt des Weins, etwas Williamsbirne, Gewürznoten und ein zarter floraler Touch. Auch am Gaumen sind die Aromen sehr reif, etwas Honig, Quitte, fast pfeffrige Nuancen, hinten raus dann etwas weicher mit buttrigen Anklängen. Trotz aller Kraft insgesamt sehr harmonisch mit guter Länge.
