Dieser Grauburgunder Gutswein von Konrad Salwey besticht durch feine Sortentypizität. Ganz leicht zwiebelschalenfarbig, in der Nase exotische Trockenfrucht, Orangenzeste, kandierte Ananas, dazu etwas Speckbirne und im Hintergrund ein feiner rauchiger Touch, entwickelt sich gut mit Luft. Am Gaumen eine durchaus elegante Textur, trocken mit gutem Biss, nur leichtem Schmelz, gute Mineralik, exotische Früchte mit Zitronenzeste und etwas Bananenblätter, bleibt sehr ausgewogen in Abgang, toller Nachhall.
