Die Cuveé aus Grauburgunder und Chardonnay von Kühling-Gillott hat eine klare fruchtige Struktur, würzige Anklänge in der Nase, etwas gelbe Birne, straffe Struktur am Gaumen, etwas Cremigkeit kommt durch, wieder gelbe Frucht, strahlige Säure, Dörrbirnenanklänge, etwas Mineralik, im Abgang dann durchaus schmeichelnd.
