Rund 90% der Trauben standen für ca. 1 Tag auf der Maische, die restlichen 10% wurden ungerebelt für 3 Monate auf der Maische vergoren und dann dazu verschnitten. In der Nase kernige Noten, reife Quitte, Bratapfel, deutliche Phenolik von der Maische, ein Hauch Dörrobst und Karamell. Am Gaumen eine feste und präzise Textur, mit viel Gripp, die Säure spieilt sich in den Vordergrund, dezente Salzspuren mit leichtem Tannin, Limettenzeste, grün-blättrige Noten im Nachhall.
