Der Grauburgunder Gutswein von Mosbacher wird in gebrauchten 500 Liter Fässern aus französischem Holz ausgebaut. Die Fässer sind geschmacklich fast neutral, weshalb auch keinerlei Holzeinfluss schmeckbar ist, die Komplexität wird dadurch allerdings trotzdem gesteigert. Knackig-frische Nase, rote Apfelschale, etwas Muskat und Grapefruitzeste. Am Gaumen gleich mal zupackend, typisch für den Grauburgunder ist er etwas ruppiger, mürbe Struktur, wieder Grapefruitzeste, leichter Pfeffer, sehr intensive Fruchtigkeit, etwas Maracuja und hinten raus eine feine Cremigkeit.
