Die Nase ist für einen einfachen Wein bereits sehr komplex und bringt etwas Quitte, reife Birne und auch etwas Orangenzeste mit. Am Gaumen merkt man gleich die Würze, die leicht herbe Struktur klemmt sich auf der Zunge fest, die saftige Säure macht ihn Rund, zarte Birnenfrucht zum Abgang hin.
