Blanc de Blancs, sprich 100 % Chardonnay, hatte das Weingut Gut Hermannsberg die letzten 36 Monate auf der Feinhefe und im Dezember 2018 wurde der Grapes Haussprudel degorgiert. Da wir sehr gerne extrem trockene Schaumweine trinken, war es uns wichtig, den Sekt als Brut Nature auf und in die Flasche zu bekommen. Gesagt, getan. Die Weine kommen ausschließlich aus Lagen mit vulkanischem Boden. Selbstverständlich alles von Hand gelesen. [Stefan Grabler & Markus Hirschler]
