Klassische Cuvée nach fanzösischem Vorbild mit 55% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay und 25% Pinot Meunier, Ausbau zu 60% im Edelstahl und zu 40% in französische Eiche. Erste Gärung mit der natürlich vorhandenen Hefeflora. Streng limitierte Auflage aus den besten Grundweinen des Jahrganges 2014. Degorgiert Oktober 2017.
