Tramin quasi die Heimat des Gewüztraminers und „Selida„ (althochdeutsch für kleines Gehöft, kleine Landwirtschaft) eine Hommage an die kleinbäuerliche Struktur in Südtirol. Leuchtendes Goldgelb, in der Nase ein duftiges Buket nach weißen Rosen, Lilien, getrockneten Kräutern sowie reife exotische Früchte wie Mango, Maracuja und Zitronenzeste. Am Gaumen eine saftig-intensive Textur mit mächtigem Körper und viel Extrakt, aber auch einer guten Säure, wirkt dadurch relativ frisch und nicht allzu würzig. Paßt perfekt zu reifem Weichkäse, geräuchertem Fisch und scharfer fernöstlicher Küche. [GB 06/2022]
