Tramin quasi die Heimat des Gewüztraminers und „Selida„ (althochdeutsch für kleines Gehöft, kleine Landwirtschaft) eine Hommage kleinbäuerliche Struktur in Südtirol. Leuchtendes Goldgelb, in der Nase ein duftiges Buket nach weißen Rosen, Lilien, getrockneten Kräutern sowie reife exotische Früchte wie Mango und Maracuja. Am Gaumen saftig-intensiv, mächtiger Körper mit viel Extrakt, wirkt dabei aber relativ frisch und nicht zu würzig. Paßt perfekt zu reifem Weichkäse, geräuchertem Fisch und scharfer fernöstlicher Küche. [GB Jg.2016]
