Ein Gemischter Satz über mehrere Wochen auf der Maische vergoren und danach im neutralen Holzfass auf der Vollhefe ausgebaut. Ein typischer Orange-Wein wie die Farbe schon verrät, in der Nase Karamell, getrocknete Gartenkräuter, auch etwas von Rooibush-Tee. Am Gaumen ein kräftiger Natur-Wein, deutliche Gerbstoffanteile (von der Maischegärung), mit einer kernigen Struktur, ein Hauch von englischer Orangenmarmelade und Kräutertee im Abgang. Ein Wein für Liebhaber von masichevergorenen Weißwein! [GB 03/2020]
