Die Trauben für den Gemischten Satz kommen von Alten Reben am Hochäcker. Die ganzen Trauben mit den Kämmen eingemaischt (mit den Füßen gestampft) und nach dem abpressen im Holzfass ausgebaut. Mittleres Goldgelb, in der Nase nach Apfelschalen und Birnen mit einem dezenten Kräuterstrauss, am Gaumen ein kräftiger Körper, schönes Säure-Fruchtspiel, gelbe Apfelfrucht, gute Länge und Substanz. Ein anspruchsvoller Wein!
