Sehr helles Grüngelb, in der Nase intensiver floraler Duft, Zitronentymian, Kamille, Rosenblüten, Traubenschalen und etwas Quitte. Am Gaumen schlank aber dabei sehr saftig, wieder starke florale Noten, etwas Steinobst und weiße Johannisbeeren, ein Hauch Wiesenkräuter, die Säure kommt eher verspielt daher, knochentrocken im Abgang, prädestiniert auch als Aperitif und Sektersatz.
