Dieser Furmint stammt von der Lage Kalkofen in Ritzling kurz "vom Kalk", die Rebstöcke sind mittlerweile 20 Jahre alt, von Hand wurden 35hl geerntet, der Most kriegt natürlichen Sauerstoffkontakt, wird spontan in 500 Liter Fässern vergoren und auf der Vollhefe ausgebaut, unfiltriert und ohne Schwefelzugabe gefüllt. In der Nase frische Limetten, Apfel, Zitronenmelisse, Grapefruitzeste, dazu ein toller floraler Touch nach weißen Blüten, etwas Zimtstange. Am Gaumen eine seidige Textur mit einer eleganten Säure, mittlerer Körper, fein strukturiert, zart salzig, klar wie ein Gebirgsbach, wieder Zitrus- und Apfelnoten, gut balanciert. Ein grandioser Furmint in dieser Preisklasse! [GB 07/2023]
