Dieser Furmint stammt von der Lage Ritzlinger Kalkofen. In der Nase frische Limetten, Zitornenmelisse, Ananas, floral nach weißen Blüten, etwas Zimt. Am Gaumen eine extrem drahtige Textur mit einer vibrirenden Säure, fein strukturiert, zart salzig, klar wie ein Gebirgsbach, ein Zitrus-Potpourri, mit 9,5 vol.% Alk. federleicht, filigran, ja fast zerbrechlich. Grandioser Leicht-Wein. [GB Jg. 2019]
