Dieser trockene Furmint stammt von 45-jährigen Reben aus der Tokaj in Ungarn. In der Nase rauchig-kreidige Eindrücke: grüne Kräuter, Zitronenmelisse, Akazie, Weingartenpfirsich und ein Hauch von grünen Walnüssen. Am Gaumen eine sehr ausgewogene Textur, etwas Schmelz von Säureabbau (BSA), die dezente Würze der Sorte, feinherbe Säure mit ganz zartem Tannin, wird dann sehr burgundisch im Nachhall. [GB 08/2018]
