Was für ein Grauburgunder, weder rund noch weichgespült! Acht Monate auf der Maische in Tonamphoren vergoren - helles Ziegelrot – wilde Nase geprägt von dem ausgiebigem Schalenkontakt, Hagebutte, rosa Grapefruit und etwas Schwarzer Tee. Am Gaumen eine feine Textur, spürbarer animierender Grip und dezent herb, mit einer angenehmen Tanninstruktur durch den Maischekontakt. Frischer Zitrustouch wie Clementine und einem schönen Kräuterbogen im Abgang, sehr lang-anhaltend. Der Fuoripista Pinot Grigio 2020, ein Gegenstück zu den vielen Schmalspur Pinot Grigios die man sonst aus der Region kennt! [JK, Jg. 2021]
