Was für ein Grauburgunder! Acht Monate auf der Maische in Tonamphoren vergoren - helles Ziegelrot - wilde Nase nach getrockneten Kräutern: Liebstöckl, Melisse und Minze, Hagebutte, rosa Grapefruit und etwas nach Zwetschgendatschi. Am Gaumen eine rauhe Textur, ultratrocken und dezent herb, mit einer kräftigen Tanninstruktur, frischer Säure und einem schönen Kräuterbogen im Abgang, sehr lang-anhaltend. Das Gegenstück zu den vielen Schmalspur Pinot Grigios! [GB 11/2019]
