Der Fleurie wächst auch bei Karim Vionnet auf rosa Granit und zeigt sich beim ersten riechen schon als verführerischer und hochkomplexer Beaujolais. Er strahlt Kraft aus, wirkt dabei aber kühl und feingliedrig, tiefgründig und verführerisch, die Frucht ist schwierig zu fassen, es wirkt steinig, etwas rauchig und eine Hauch ätherische Noten kommt auch hinzu, ein Hauch Lorbeere und blaue Zwetschge, es bleibt puristisch und karg, mit Luft scheint es noch sehniger zu werden und bekommt einen salzigen Touch. Am Gaumen mit ebenso puristischer Struktur, Salz ist da, dazu feingliedrige Säure und ein ganz zartes Tannin, ein femininer Wein mit toller Vibration, eine Spur mehr Frucht kommt durch, Brombeere und Blaubeere, dazu etwas schwarzer Pfeffer und kühle Frische bis zum Ende hin. Super Stoff, der zeigt wie groß das Potential in Fleurie ist. [CB 04/2023]
