Das Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett zeigt sich wieder unglaublich elegant und aromatisch, dabei ins mineralisch-rauchig gehend. In der Nase Zitronenmelisse, etwas Salbei, dunkler Stein, leicht kommt der weiße Pfirsich Melone und eine zarte Würze durch. Am Gaumen kommt diese Kühle dem Wein sehr zugute, unglaublich tolle Balance zwischen Säure und Süße, bleibt extrem feingliedrig, dabei mit samtiger Struktur, pures Understatement, greift ganz dezent mit feiner Schiefermineralik zum Abgang hin zu, braucht etwas Zeit und Luft, das wird (schon wieder) fantastisch!
